District Judge Shaw had been called in to hear our 'abuse of process' argument

We have not indicated a plea yet as we wish our 'abuse' argument to be heard first

DJ Shaw has listed the case for 11/01/2006 and he will then rule that the abuse argument should be heard in the Crown Court or that the case is within his juridiction and he will hear it on 11/01/2006

If the DJ rules on the 11th that the abuse should be dealt with at the crown or if he hears the argument and rules that an abuse has not been caused due to the delay then we will be committed to Mold Crown Court for trial
